Located on 71-72 Granville Arcade in Brixton, London, Baz & Fred is well known for their outstanding customer service and frequent new releases, as recently demonstrated by their Pistachio Cannolis. After another successful year of operations, the staff at Baz & Fred thank their loyal customer base for their ongoing support.

Saturday Flatbread Speciale

This week we’ve made a lovely rich truffle butter, that’s then paired with our famous caramelised onions, such a good combo! 😍

An essential part of our week here on site at Dunkerton’s is the dough drop. A couple of times a week Henry wizzes over from our lockup, refreshing the team with fresh dough.

Did you know? On average our dough production unit churns out around 3500 dough balls a week, split between all our sites. Some pretty mega numbers if we do say so ourselves!

Next up in our banging butters series for you Dunkertons Park we’ve got an Nduja + Garlic Butter, spiced with a touch of Chilli Flakes. That then gets blessed with a dousing of Honey once it’s come out the oven.

Friday flatbread for you, and this one’s full of flavour.

Something new to our spot Dunkertons Park we’ll be bringing you a weekly flatbread, and the focus is on banging butters.

Kicking it off with a cracker and the holy trinity of flavour combos, Anchovy, Chilli + Garlic. One to tear and share and have alongside a pizza or two. Come and give it a try!

Kicking off the week with a hell of a special Dunkertons Park

We’ve used some of the Dunkerton’s C***r and braised down some onions, paired that with our Italian Ham and mozzarella, and garnished with chives.

Now this one surprised us, and serious serious works.

Friday Special for you guys treating yourselves to a trip to Dunkertons Park we’ve got a triple cheese extra cheesy garlic bread, a lovely addition of Gorgonzola and Parmesan, and then an extra naughty lathering of honey and finished with chives and rosemary.

Friday pizza special for you fine people that are heading over to DUNKERTONS | LONDON ROAD and it’s definitely worth making a trip for.

We’re calling this “The Spicy Pig” it’s topped with some lovely Pepperoni, Nduja, Mozzarella, Caramelised Onions, and then the crusts are covered in Parmesan.

Pretty flipping naughty if you ask us. 🍕

To get to the location in Brixton, you can take public transport by taking the Victoria line or Northern line and getting off at Brixton station. From there, it's just a short walk away.

If driving, you can park in the car park located on Electric Avenue. From there, it's just a few minutes' walk to the location.
