Today is National Biscuit Day! 🍪 and we know how much we love biscuits here but we wanted to ask our customers their thoughts surrounding all things biscuits.

So we sent round a questionnaire to ask you guys about your biscuit beliefs and habits! Everything from how often you eat them, to a cuppa & biscuits vs a night on the town☕
And the results are in…

But I think our main takeaway from this was that some of you aren't eating enough biscuits?! Let us know your thoughts! 🤭

Today is National Biscuit Day! 🎊One of our favourite days of the year of course 🍪 we wanted to celebrate by taking a look at some of our favourite Biscuiteers biscuit moments over the years ✨👩🏼‍🍳

1. In 2015 we collaborated with the National Portrait Gallery to mark 100 years of Vogue Magazine📰💋
2. In 2017 Biscuiteers turned 10 🍾 where we hosted our very first exhibition! Held at the Serpentine Pavilion, we exhibited 10 amazing biscuit structures 🍪
3. In 2019 we created the famous Covent Garden in biscuit form 🎄
4. In 2019 Channel Four commissioned us to craft some Bake Off biscuits to feature in their advertising 👩🏼‍🍳🍪
5. In 2022 we partnered with the Royal Collection to create an official Platinum Jubilee biscuit collection for our late Her Majesty The Queen, Elizabeth 👑
6. In 2022 we also partnered with Warner Brothers, crafting two Harry Potter biscuit collections 🪄
7. At the end of 2022 we were brought in by Harrods & Dior to craft almost 20,000 biscuits for their ‘Fabulous World Of Dior’ launch, crafting a bespoke collection 👗
8. In 2023 we were commissioned by Selfridges to craft a gingerbread wonderland display for their Christmas window 🎄
9. In 2025 we recreated all of the books nominated to win for the Women’s Prize 30th Anniversary, in biscuit form! 📚

Some snippets of the biscuit doll house in the making! 🍪✨

The entire planning and design process took over 200 hours of work, working off images of the store and printing stencils to scale making sure it would all fit like a glove inside 📝

The biscuit icing itself took over 500 hours of a team of 8 of our talented icers to craft 👩🏼‍🍳 Every last fondant wicker hamper, wheel of cheese, teacup, biscuit animal and wall was hand-iced by our amazing team.

We wanted to make sure every last inch resembled the magnificent store as closely as we could possibly get it. It was all the minuscule details like the hand rolled fondant sweeties, panelling on the walls and tiny jars of honey that made this build what it is, even before it was all put together! 🍪

If you’re in London you should definitely stop by Fortnums to visit the Biscuitorium in all its glory, and take a peek in person 🌟

Roll up roll up! Last week the magnificent Fortnum & Mason had their grand opening of their brand new Biscuitorium, we had the pleasure of crafting a bespoke biscuit invite for the guests of honour! 🍪

And what better way to receive an invite in the post than in biscuit form itself! Bringing an extra touch of magic to the special occasion 🍪 in true Biscuiteers style of course….

The magnificent rhs Chelsea Flower Show kicks off today and we cant wait to see all the wonderful gardens in full bloom! 🌷to celebrate we wanted to throw it back to last years show, where we had the pleasure of woking with colicci uk in crafting these bespoke biscuit pops for the event 🍪 in full floral style, and not forgetting Monty Don's iconic pup Ned! 🐕

Do you know the muffin man?? 👩🏼‍🍳 Shrek is celebrating its 25th anniversary (feel old yet?) and we got to work on a super fun project crafting up these gingerbread men to mark the occasion with 🍪

It only feels right that we go and re watch the movie again to celebrate 🍪🎬

The detail behind the biscuit doll house 🍪

We wanted to show you a close up of what really went into this dolls house, one biscuit at a time. Our extremely talented team of icers worked off images of the Fortnums store, so we could match every last detail. From replicas of their exquisite chandeliers, the coffee counter and the cheese stall, even down to their distillery. We wanted to capture the real essence of the famous store in icing.

Every last biscuit animal, fondant handbag, basket of vegetables and wicker basket was all iced by hand by our amazing team 👩🏼‍🍳I don’t think we could pick a favourite biscuit even if we tried!

We are so lucky to have such talented people working with us here at Biscuiteers, and the opportunities like this to showcase their capabilities 💚

Step inside the Fortnums biscuit doll house…

The glorious had its grand biscuitorium opening this morning and we are so honoured to be a part of it 🎊

Our team had the incredible project of replicating each magnificent floor Fortnums has to offer at their flagship store, in biscuit form. From their famous food hall and the fragrance counter to the Diamond Jubilee Tea Salon, every last detail accounted for in icing. Adorned with characterful animals and the iconic fortnums wicker hampers 🍪 🐆

A very proud moment for everyone here at biscuiteers, our incredible team have put so much time and dedication into perfecting every last biscuit inch for this moment 🤩
