Crispy, flavourful and paired with a pepper crusted Taste the Difference Discovery fillet steak…February 14th just got tasty.😍

👨‍🍳Ingredients:
🥩For the steaks:
4 Aberdeen angus fillet steaks with tellicherry pepper
2tsp olive oil

🥔For the thousand layer potatoes:
800g Maris Piper potatoes
150ml olive oil
1tsp thyme, picked and finely chopped
1/4tsp salt
Vegetable oil, for frying

🧈For the café de Paris butter:
200g unsalted butter
1 shallot, finely chopped
2 cloves garlic
8 anchovies
15g parsley, roughly chopped
5g tarragon, leaves picked and roughly chopped
5g chives, roughly chopped
½ lemon, juiced and zested
2tsp Worcester sauce
1tsp Dijon mustard
1tsp curry powder
1/2tsp paprika
1/4tsp freshly ground black pepper

1. **Underground**: Take the Metropolitan Line or Piccadilly Line to Ruislip Station.
2. From Ruislip Station, exit and walk towards the bus stop.
3. Catch bus number 114 or 331 towards either Eastcote or South Harrow.
4. Alight at the stop for Long Drive (check local schedules for exact stops).
5. Walk a short distance to your destination.

#### By Car:
1. From the M25, take the A40 exit towards Central London.
2. Merge onto the A312 (North Circular Road) and follow signs for Ruislip.
3. Take the exit for Long Drive and follow it until you reach your destination.
4. There is parking available on-site; look for designated parking areas.
