A magical day, thank you both. LOUIS, WENDY AND HORACE ###
The Walpole was a quaint British restaurant located on Mary's Road in South Ealing. Established in 2001 by Louis and Wendy with the goal of providing a friendly atmosphere and the finest food available, The Walpole sourced its ingredients from London's Smithfields and Covent Garden markets. Despite only serving dinner on Friday and Saturday evenings, this small restaurant was always in high demand, necessitating reservations in advance. Although the menu changed each week, regular diners could always count on classic dishes like The Lamb, The Steak, and The Martini. Sadly, after two decades of service to the community, The Walpole has permanently closed its doors in 2021.
