It’s getting cold outside- our Poke team don’t like the cold :):) During the winter months our Poke restaurant will close at 3:30PM, but fear not!! You can still order Poke Bowls & Pokerrito after we close our door through Deliveroo by typing Poke Bowl & Poke Roll. Stay warm,stay safe, stay healthy!

We have always been obsessed with standards and now more than ever our customers deserve reassurance. We are delighted that Richmond Council Food & Safety department awarded us 5 stars this week for our Food Hygiene Rating during an unannounced visit. Our customers know we are running both Poke & La Mexicana from one location right now which takes are hygiene obsession to another level 😷💯 Thank you to our community for continuing to support small local businesses during this time...it means so much 🥰

ANNOUNCEMENT: Clearly not our most “on brand” or sophisticated signage 😂 but hopefully this gets the message across in a time when printing is not an option 🤗 we are accepting takeaway walk in orders at La Mexicana for BOTH Poke & Mexican food ~ but can only have 1 customer in the store at a time. Alternatively you can drop us a line in 0208 2556135 and we will have the order ready for you to pick up. If you are working for the NHS or Police service it goes without saying you are our priority and we will do all we can to prepare your orders first with 20% off 🧑‍⚕️👨‍⚕️👮👮‍♂️💓 This also gives us the opportunity to safely stamp your loyalty cards 🙏 stay safe - healthy - positive

ANNOUNCEMENT: Following tonight’s announcement from the PM, we must review how we continue to operate. From tomorrow we will be moving to a DELIVERY ONLY model. From 12 noon we will be accepting Deliveroo & Uber Eats (Just Eat shortly) orders. This way we can ensure ‘contact free” drop off. We will continue daily deep cleans and review the situation day by day as our staffing levels will inevitably be lower. Thank you for your ongoing support. To respect social distancing we will be asking customers to stand 1.5 meters apart and take your food out with you - we won’t have seating options. We will keep reviewing this and may move to delivery only if that seems best, but for the moment we are open for Take Away and Home Delivery. Take care Teddington. We are living through an extraordinary time. Most of us will be doing what we can to stay at home. We will continue to open but are prepared to focus our efforts on getting food to you in your home. Deliveroo are offering contact free delivery ~ and our team are washing their hands thoroughly between every meal prep. Alternatively, you could take a bus that stops at the High Street area. If you are driving, there are several car parks in the vicinity where you can park for a fee.
