To reach the coffee shop located in Westminster House, you can take public transport by getting off at the nearest tube station which is Westminster Station. From there, take the exit towards Victoria Embankment and cross over to the north side of the street. Walk westwards along Victoria Embankment until you reach a building on your left with a distinctive entrance. The coffee shop is located inside this building.
If you prefer to drive, there are several car parks near the area such as Q-Park Westminster and NCP Car Park London Victoria. From there, head towards Victoria Embankment and follow the same directions as above. However, note that parking in central London can be expensive so it's recommended to check rates beforehand.
