Just like Ouma used to make it.
If you've been longing for a taste of home, we’ve got that classic staple that brings you straight back to your favourite kitchen table.
Our Peppermint Crisp Tart has taken on legendary status in our restaurants - a nostalgic indulgence, theatrically shared at the table. Those familiar layers, the caramel cream, the Peppermint Crisp crunch... It's the dessert that feels like home.

How do you bring South African flavours to London? 🔥
We spent a long time figuring out how to serve a proper South African Braai at a restaurant table in London. And not just the flavour -how do you convey the feeling of actually being at one?

Last year we introduced the Smoking Braai Candle. It's made from slow-melting beef fat and a mixture of heady South African spices, and it comes with every Braai Board. Safe to say it's become a bit of a moment at the table.

Have you met Sharrol? 👋
She's our fantastic Wine & Beverage Manager, she's from South Africa, and if it involves wine, she's involved. You might have crossed paths on the floor, down in our cellars, or at one of our wine tasting events.
Looking for a wine recommendation? She's the one to ask.

Rooibos grows wild across the Western Cape. Amarula comes from the marula fruit. Klipdrift has been South Africa's brandy since 1938.
We put all three on our cocktail menu to give those good old classics a bit of a refresh 🇿🇦

Every Season is Braai Season 🔥

Certainly a much-loved, humble and unifying staple, our Braai Boards are overseen by some of the best chefs in town, so there is very little chance of anything being cooked to anything but perfection. The sizzling and smoky selection of meats are accompanied by a smoking beef fat candle for dipping, all of which can be perfectly paired with a wide selection of wine.

Baie Lekker!
