After a proper South African welcome from our team, the Biltong Trolley rolls in - a roving cart laden with whole slabs of cured biltong, carved tableside by a leather-aproned Biltong Curator. As they slice, they share the craft behind each cut, from the lean and spicy to the richly marbled. Biltong is a treasured part of South African culinary heritage, traditionally made by curing meat with salt, air-drying it, and slicing it into thick strips.

Introducing Peri-Peri Crusted Cod - a new dish as part of our Spring Menu
Peri-peri - the fiery little chilli inherited from our Mozambican neighbour that has come to define South African cooking. It's crusted onto fresh cod, with a bright pea and asparagus purée and a delicate sauce made with South Africa's favourite white grape, Chenin Blanc.

Take the tube/train to Farringdon Station. From there, use Exit 3 for Turnmill Street/Farringdon Lane. Walk down Farringdon Street and turn right onto Greville Street, followed by a left turn onto Hatton Garden. Take a right onto Dunster Court, then continue straight until you reach Hays Lane.
Directions for Driving/Parking:
From any direction, drive towards the A201 (Farringdon Road). Turn onto Cowcross Street and continue on this road until you reach Charterhouse Street. Turn left and follow the road until you reach St John's Square. Take a right turn onto Aylesbury Street, then follow the road as it curves around to the left, becoming Saffron Hill. After about 300m on Saffron Hill, take a left onto Cock Lane and then another left onto Snow Hill. Finally, make a right turn onto Giltspur Street and then another right turn after approximately 100m to reach Falconberg Court where there is a public car park available.
