A dough, a vision, and a great deal of passion that led me to achieve this incredible milestone. Now I’m excited to share with you the flavour of this special pizza — the very one that turned a dream into reality.

🏆🥇 “Le mie origini” 🥇🏆
This is the pizza that allowed me to win the World Pizza Championship.
Made with yellow cherry tomatoes, Piennolo cherry tomatoes, anchovies marinated with mint and lemon, crispy fried capers, oregano, buffalo ricotta fondue, basil, and olive oil.

Today, at the Caputo Trophy, something truly incredible happened.
I want to thank my wife, my family, and all of you for always believing in me.
