Introducing the Golden Parrot.
One of the most colourful cocktails on our Beyond The Beach menu, and probably the closest thing you’ll get to a tropical holiday without leaving your seat.
Pisco Aba, Cazcabel Honey Tequila, Giffard Banana Liqueur, pineapple juice, guava juice, elderflower cordial and fresh-pressed lime.
Sweet. Tropical. Fruity. Dangerously easy to drink.
Served in our iconic parrot tiki glass because a cocktail called the Golden Parrot deserves a little attention.
Warning: may cause sudden urges to book flights, wear floral shirts and tell everyone you’re “basically on holiday”.

Another favourite from our Beyond The Beach section…
The Cabana Piña Colada.
Bounty Coconut Rum, coconut water, pineapple purée and condensed milk, all served in a tiki coconut glass because obviously a normal glass would not be dramatic enough.
Creamy. Tropical. Slightly ridiculous. Exactly how a Piña Colada should be.
One sip and suddenly you are mentally out of office.

Meet the Gigante Tiki Zombie.
Part of our Beyond The Beach cocktail collection, and definitely not the drink for anyone looking to keep things sensible.
We’ve taken Bounty Dark & Spiced Rum, shaken it with fresh lime and orange juice, added Giffard Orgeat syrup and a dash of Angostura bitters, then served it in an extra-large tiki glass because a cocktail called Gigante deserves nothing less.
It’s tropical, rich, citrusy and just the right amount of dangerous.
Some cocktails arrive at the table.
This one makes an entrance.

Some menu items come and go.
Our Malagueta Chicken Skewer has survived 15 years.
Tender chicken thighs are coated in our signature sweet-and-spicy malagueta glaze, cooked over an open flame, then lovingly basted with honey until perfectly sticky and caramelised.
The care our chefs give every skewer is something to behold.
Delicately brushing each piece of chicken with glaze like they’re painting a masterpiece, making sure every bite gets that perfect balance of sweet, spicy and smoky.
A decade and a half later, it’s still one of our best sellers.
Turns out masterpieces never go out of fashion.

London is having a serious taco moment right now… and honestly, so are we.
We are fully in our taco era.
Not quite a starter. Not really a main. Somehow the perfect brunch, lunch, snack, dinner and “just one more” food all at the same time.
Crispy Baja Fish. Chipotle Beef. Ancho Chilli Chicken.
Three bites in and suddenly you’re ordering another round.
If tacos are wrong, we don’t want to be right.
