On Tuesday, 16th June, Pinna is coming to Belvedere for our second Four Hands Dinner.

“It’s a dish I chose for its purity and precision,” says , Head Chef of Pinna, ahead of the collaboration.

This scallop tartare celebrates freshness at its core, using scallops sourced from Orkney for their natural sweetness and delicate texture. That sweetness is balanced with the crunch and minerality of celery, while caviar brings a deep marine intensity that anchors the dish.

A light dressing of citrus and chives lifts everything, adding brightness and a clean finish that keeps the focus on the quality of the product.

What people say

Pinna Mayfair on Curzon Street is a culinary gem that promises an unforgettable dining experience. The restaurant's menu showcases a delightful fusion of flavors, expertly crafted to tantalize the taste buds.

One standout dish is the grilled baby squid served on a velvety Jerusalem artichoke purée, where land meets sea in every bite. For those seeking something hearty, the veal eye of round from Vercelli is slow-cooked to perfection and elegantly paired with tuna foam, capers, and a rich veal jus—an exquisite take on the classic Vitello Tonnato.

The fresh artichoke salad with avocado & Cuore di Bortigali is a must-try for anyone looking to indulge in vibrant flavors and textures. Meanwhile, dessert lovers will be enchanted by the Basque cheesecake drizzled with sour cherry sauce; it’s soft, rich, and delivers just the right hit of tang.

For pasta enthusiasts, Pinna offers Seafood Pasta Mista featuring prawns, white fish, and squid—a true celebration of the ocean’s bounty. The Paccheri dish transports diners straight to Campania with its zucchini, sea urchin, and Mazara prawns—each bite bursting with southern charm and serious flavor.

With an impressive selection of wines like the fine Amarone Della Valpolicella from 2006, Pinna Mayfair ensures that every meal is complemented perfectly. This restaurant isn't just about food; it's about creating memorable moments that linger long after the last bite.
