24-HR SEISIÚN!
We’re open as usual today and tomorrow, with the restaurant closed Sunday and Monday. But if you’re about town, head down to Gibney’s for the legendary 24-hour music seisiún, raising funds for two brilliant causes: Irish Youth Foundation (UK) and Refugee Action.
The music starts at 9pm Saturday and keeps going right through till 9pm Sunday. There’ll be a short stretch closed to the public from 3–10am, but you can tune into the livestream and keep the music going from wherever you are.
A grand excuse for a song, a sup and a bit of good craic. Head to Gibney’s London for all the info 🍻

A superstar across pastry, sauces, larder and garnish 🤝 and building his skills across all areas of the kitchen.
Great to have him on the team and to watch him grow and develop along the way. Go on Oscar!
