Daffodil Mulligan Daffodil Mulligan is a 60-cover restaurant located in the heart of Shoreditch. The 10-seater oyster bar and basement bar plays host to a series of live music nights. Chef Richard Corrigan creates an ever-changing menu that features produce from his country estate in Ireland, with certain dishes inspired by his culinary travels. At Daffy’s we’re keeping it simple - served with wild garlic mash. Down in Gibney’s, it’s tucked into a freshly baked bun with mustard and pickles. Both absolutely banging.
