Eight months ago, we got the keys to Oru El Saltador. Since then, we’ve been slowly getting to know this incredible piece of land and beginning to make a tangible impact.
We’ve planted, grown, built, restored, learned, got our hands dirty and spent a lot of time listening to the people who know this land better than we do. From working on soil and water systems to creating spaces for food, movement, gathering and retreat, every step has taught us something new.
It’s still very much a work in progress, but looking back at everything that’s happened over the last eight months, we’re incredibly proud of how far we’ve come, and excited for everything still to come, as there’s still a lot more for us to do!
If you’re interested and want to get involved in everything we’re working on, join us on our next Permaculture Retreat at El Saltador, learning, getting involved and experiencing the land for yourself, led by incredible experts John Goldwn, Susana Rodriguez and Gabino Carballo
