24 hours of client hosting in…..Helsinki.
Our founder, Alex Head and team took two of our venue clients to Helsinki to see our Social Pantry chef Arshia in action on her kitchen stage at Nolla where she is learning about zero-waste dining practices.
Nolla is globally recognised for its approach to sustainability and we’ve loved learning from them and working with the team since 2022.
During the 24 hours they experienced the city’s incredible culture, food scene, and hospitality first-hand. After getting the train into the city they enjoyed 5 o’clock champagne at a natural wine bar they enjoyed a 6 course, pairing menu at Nolla.
The second day started with an ice plunge and sauna and a walk through the market halls followed by lunch at the brilliant restaurant, Elm. Before jumping back on the plane, they managed to fit in a quick tram ride to the central library.
It was 24 hours that reminded us why we love hosting people somewhere new - good food, good company, and a city that made it easy.

🍓 Wimbledon 🍓
We love this time of year, when the tennis is in full flow and the players house is in full swing. From breakfast through to end of play cocktails the teams have been keeping the players and teams well fed throughout.

We are turning 15! And it all started in Alex’s home kitchen…
We are proud to say that over the last 15 years we have achieved B corp accreditation, have received the prestigious Kings Award for our dedication to social enterprise, have exclusive venue contracts with The Old Bailey, Mansion House and Tower Bridge. We’ve also loved our outdoor events from Wimbledon, Liv Golf and London Marathon all the way through to Wilderness and Latitude. We’ve done events with everyone from Rhianna to Richard Curtis to the Lord Mayor. And our favourite stat, in 2026 we served over 164,000 canapés!
Thank you to everyone who has made this possible - our wonderful and dedicated suppliers and staff who enable us to continue our mission of delivering extraordinary food whilst creating meaningful change.
