If you are driving, you can park at Q-Park Westminster located on 81-83 Rochester Row, SW1P 1JU. From there, walk north on Rochester Row towards Greycoat Place and turn left onto Artillery Row. Keep walking until you reach Victoria Street and turn right. The destination will be on your left.
