After staff training on Tuesday, some of us stayed behind to carve pumpkins together 🎃 we have a very creative bunch of humans making your coffees guys (some more than others - swipe to the end to see what happens when you don’t have any concept of negative space 🥲) Nat even got her favourite drill out - guess she misses the DIY eh 😆 stop by to see them all on display in our windows!

We’re looking for a barista to join our team! We’re a really close-knit crew who really care about our community so you need to be looking for more than just a “job”. Someone who cares about the quality of service, beverages and food all to an equal degree. We do need those who already have barista experience, so please share if you know someone who might fit the role!

What an amazing first week and a half! Thank you to everyone who has stopped by, brought flowers/gifts and wonderful words of affirmation. We’re so happy to be back 🥹 these are our current opening hours until we get more staff - closed on Tuesdays to roast! We’ll be open 7 days a week soon 💚

Guys we said SOFT launch remember??? 😆 in complete and utter disbelief at the turn out for our open day today…a queue out the door whaaat!!? 🤯 Thank you all so much for bearing with us while we had technical issues and slightly chaotic energy but wow wow wow Northfields turned UP! So few photos as we were a lil distracted but my gosh thank you thank you🙏🏻 I guess you missed us a lil ay 😉

Another busy few weeks at Element HQ! We’ve built a bench, installed flooring in the office, built the bar (SO EXCITING), fitted lighting, and chosen the tiles for the front of the bar!! We know you guys miss the coffees and the chats - soon my friends, soon 💚

The happiest of birthdays to our owner, resident DIY queen and iced flat white lover - Nat! Contrary to popular belief, she does actually have a life outside of building the shop 😅 so here’s a few personal moments peppered with build updates in honour of her multifaceted personality. She’s taken the day off today to sleep, eat and drink coffee that wasn’t made by her for once 😉 scroll to the end for a lil throwback of baby Nat learning the art of the rosetta 🥹 have the best day!

✨ BUILDING UPDATES ✨
Sorry we’ve been so quiet on here, there’s a LOT going on at Element HQ at the moment! The build is slowly but surely coming together - we’ve got our floor in (which we looooove), the bathroom has been tiled, our kitchen is fitted complete with a sliding barn door, and the bar has arrived!!! It’s all coming together 💪🏻 no open date just yet, but don’t worry - when we know, you’ll be the first to know ☺️

To get to the coffee shop on Northfield Avenue in London via public transport, take the train or bus to Northfields Station. Once you arrive at the station, exit onto Northfield Avenue and head towards the west. Walk for approximately 10-15 minutes until you reach the coffee shop.
For those driving, take the A406 and exit at Hanger Lane. Turn left onto Hanger Lane and continue until reaching North Circular Road (A406). Turn right onto North Circular Road and continue straight until turning left onto Northfield Avenue. The coffee shop will be on your left-hand side. Parking is available on nearby side streets or at a paid car park located just opposite the coffee shop.
