Butcher’s Plate, returns for winter.
Stuffed pig’s trotter à la Koffmann, braised oxtail, calf’s sweetbread, all brought together with a generous gloss of red wine jus. A dish rooted in tradition, richness, and indulgence. Made for colder evenings with good wine, so we’ve brought it back onto our dinner menu.

The Williams Bon Chrétien pear yields to the cast iron—caramelising, softening into sugar and thyme until amber and tender. Normandie butter layered pastry serves as a sturdy base. A cream of Calvados arrives, cool and heady, and invites a decadent joy.
