In Oaxaca, Mexico 🇲🇽, we fill our tortillas with deep fried grasshoppers called chapulines🦗, seasoned with chile🌶 and lime🍋.

LAST WEEK AT THE FAT WALRUS!! 5 weeks have literally flown by at New Cross and we will be really sad to say goodbye to the awesome team and guests there. 🥲
Good news is there's still time to get down for some awesome tacos, tortas, alambres and a bangin' selection of draught beers, frozen margs and wines. 🍻🌮🥃🍹

Tacos Al Pastor - pork shoulder meat marinated in an adobo of achiote, guajillo chillies and spices chargrilled over coal on the Robata to give it an incredible flavour. Topped with creamy avocado taquero salsa, onion, corriander and our tropical pineapple habanero salsa this one ALWAYS hits the spot!
We're back in action this week live @ the fabulous The Fat Walrus, SE14 in New Cross, S.E London for more taco shenanigans from Weds- Friday 4-10pm. (Sat & Sun will be the Fat Walrus' legit burgers & dogs menu)
Next week we'll be back to 5 days Weds-Sun to finish our scheduled residency so make sure to reserve via design my night to avoid dissapointment.
Can't make it down? We'll be on from Fri 25th June for all your taco needs delivered to your door!
