Our selection from Cascina Val Liberata, an organic and biodynamic farm with a small vinyard, surrounded by forest and fields in the Monferrato area.
From left to right: Slarina Celerina, Chiaro, Anarkoide, Groove. They are all very distinctive, with a lovely acidity and minerality. They are delicious and we love them!
