From salmon-pink coffee cherries? 👀 An industry favourite has landed!
[Introducing Colombia El Triunfo - New Filter Coffee]
(Sorry for the serious typo in the original post. We’ve sent the social media manager back to school.)
Grown on El Triunfo Farm, this Colombian lot is Pink Bourbon. Often compared to Gesha, it’s a rare varietal named after the coffee cherries’ distinctive salmon-pink colour. The delicate nature of the Pink Bourbon plant further adds to its prestige, making it a highly sought-after varietal in the coffee sector.
For Colombia El Triunfo at Beanberry, expect an interesting journey — jasmine aroma, tropical fruits, honey 🍯 and a strawberry-like 🍓 finish.
