To get to Brighton Road in Croydon by public transport, take the train to East Croydon station and then transfer to the tram towards New Addington. Get off at Coombe Lane Tram Stop and walk southeast on Coombe Lane towards the intersection with Birchanger Road. Turn left onto Brighton Road, and the destination will be on your right.
If you're driving, take the A212 towards Croydon and turn onto Brighton Road. Continue straight until you reach the destination. Parking options vary depending on the time of day, but there are usually street parking spots available nearby.
