Back inside the test kitchen, ep.3
This oneโs built around the healthy start. Fresh, bright, and the kind of dish that sounds simple until you start pulling it apart.
Every Friday, our development chefs test new ideas, tweak details, and put dishes through a live tasting before anything hits the menu.
Some make it. Some donโt.

What people say
Daisy Green Collection is a must-visit for anyone looking for a unique and delicious dining experience in Central London. With three branches - Beany Green, Daisy Green, and Timmy Green - this Aussie-inspired coffee shop offers amazing all-day brunch, great coffee, and fabulous cocktails.
One of the most exciting things about Daisy Green Collection is their monthly Instagram competition. By simply uploading a photo of your food (not just a drink!) from one of their branches and tagging a friend, you could win a brunch for two at any participating branch. The prize includes one brunch dish, one hot drink, and either a glass of prosecco, smoothie or juice for each person. With such an incredible prize up for grabs every month, it's no wonder that Daisy Green Collection has become so popular among Londoners.
Aside from the competition, the food at Daisy Green Collection is truly exceptional. From classic avocado toast to more adventurous dishes like the "Shakshouka" baked eggs with spiced tomato sauce and labneh yogurt, there's something for everyone on the menu. And let's not forget about their coffee - made with beans sourced from local roasters and served by expert baristas, it's some of the best in town.
Overall, if you're looking for a fun and delicious dining experience in London, look no further than Daisy Green Collection. With its unique Aussie-inspired vibe and mouth-watering menu items, it's sure to become your new go-to spot.
