🚨 Two last-minute spaces have become available on our Indian Barbecue Masterclass this Sunday! 🚨
Join the Shiuli chefs for a hands-on morning exploring the flavours, techniques and secrets behind a perfect Indian barbecue.
You’ll learn how to roast and blend spices, master marinades, prepare Malai Chicken, marinate lamb chops, create Shiuli’s famous roasted broccoli and discover the 5 T’s of great cooking: Time, Temperature, Technique, Texture and Taste.
The morning begins with chai and coffee on arrival and finishes with a delicious lunch featuring the dishes you’ve learned to prepare. You’ll also take home printed recipe cards so you can recreate everything at home.
This masterclass usually sells out well in advance, so if you’ve been thinking about joining us, now is your chance.

The Isabella Cocktail 🌺 Isabella plantation is now in full bloom, showing off nature at its best. Inspired by this wonder of our world, the Isabella Cocktail is a vibrant, floral creation made with Bone Idyll vodka, pink gin, elderflower, lychee and lemon balm. Light, fresh and perfectly balanced – a little taste of spring in a glass. This week is a perfect time to savour both Isabellas.

Your Sunday roast, Shiuli style 🔥
If you’re looking to switch things up this weekend, Shiuli is putting a bold twist on a much-loved classic.
Think paneer & pineapple, hariyali salmon, tandoori chicken or go all in with a beautifully slow-cooked lamb shank - all served with their signature sides. We’re talking chilli-garlic spinach, onion bhaji, gunpowder potatoes, garlic naan and their own rich take on gravy.
It’s everything you love about a Sunday roast, just done a little differently… and it really works.

Spend the morning in the kitchen with the Shiuli chefs learning the secrets behind incredible Indian barbecue, from mastering spice blends to perfecting marinades and cooking techniques.
You’ll cover everything from:

Good Friday calls for seafood 🐟✨
Traditionally a day for seafood, it felt like the perfect time to round off a week of celebrating some of our favourite dishes from the menu.
From our Hariyali Salmon and Grilled Scallops to the Seafood Biryani, Malabar Prawn & Mango Curry and Seabass & Crabmeat Moilee – it’s a proper showcase of coastal Indian flavours.
