Beaujolais Nouveau Day is celebrated annually on the third Thursday of November, marking the release of the first wine from the yearโs harvest in the Beaujolais region of France.
This event has evolved from a local tradition into a global phenomenon, characterised by festivities, races, and widespread anticipation for the new vintageโฆand The Royal Oak is no exception!
On Thursday 21st November, weโll be celebrating the release of the new seasonโs Beaujolais Nouveau with a very special 5-course dinner with paired wines, in our beautiful upstairs private dining room.
Weโll also have a guest sommelier present on the night, who will on hand to talk guests through the wines.
