Dark straw in colour with orange hints, the nose is a delicate mélange of quince and a hint of vanilla. A complex and structured wine, with elegant but discreet fruit flavours of stone fruits, backed up with a powerful tannin structure and long finish. A natural minimal intervention wine which is well balanced and structured yet pure and incredibly fresh. Great with hard and semi hard cheese, turbot, tuna steak and chicken.

This has a medium deep red colour with flecks of violet and ripe cherry flavours and blueberries on the nose. Smooth well integrated oaky, toasty aromas. Family grown and milled on site, the olives are grown and processed using the highest standards of organic farming practices.

They are carefully hand-picked and immediately pressed in order to retain their distinctive flavour and beneficial nutritional qualities.

The Ellouze family has been cultivating olives for over 150 years. Every step of the process, from nurturing the trees and harvesting the fruit to pressing and bottling, is carried out with utmost care.

Sustainability and environmental preservation are key principles that define the brand. They combine traditional agricultural techniques with innovative technologies to mitigate the ecological footprint.

They believe that supporting the local community is key to creating a truly sustainable business. The Ellouze family has always been at the heart of the community, and has provided key infrastructure including the local school. Today, they still sponsor the school, employ local workers and provide resources to local farmers who do not have the scale to mill their own olives.
