Galician octopus carpaccio, made from scratch 🐙
Every element is prepared in house. The octopus arrives raw and is cooked slowly for a couple of hours in its own juices. It's then chilled and sliced wafer-thin, and served with a shaved fennel salad and a little pickled jalapeño for a gentle kick.
Simple, fresh and seriously good.
