Popiandy’s are welcoming the Stroke Association to our café. They are running their Aphasia Café group to support Hillingdon Stroke Survivors with Aphasia and communication difficulties. The group meets on Wednesdays at 2:30pm – 4:00pm.

Come along to a friendly and supportive group offering social support, communication support, conversation, and building confidence in public whilst enjoying drinks and food at Popiandy’s.

As we move towards the easing of restrictions on July 19th we wanted to share with you what we will be doing at Popiandy's to help keep you safe.

Test and Trace will still exist, checking in will now be optional and only the NHS COVID-19 app poster will remain for customers who wish to check in.

Although our capacity will increase slightly it will still be well below normal and we will aim to keep at least a 1m distance with mitigation between customers.

Our enhanced cleaning schedule will stay in place to help us continue to keep the restaurant as clean as possible.

Our waiting staff have been asked to continue to wear their face coverings when serving unless they have been fully vaccinated. It would then be their personal choice on whether or not they wear a face covering but we have recommended they do. We will also keep existing signage asking customers to wear a face covering when not seated, but this will be your personal choice and not compulsory.

Hand sanitisers will continue to be available throughout the restaurant and you're welcome to use the toilets to wash your hands.

We are also keeping our extra card terminals so you can continue to pay at your table if you wish.

The takeaway ordering and collection point as well as the designated entrance and exit will also remain for the time being.

Our simplified yet still extensive menu will remain in place for now. We are however, hard at work behind the scenes on a new and improved version which we hope to share with you soon!
