Wild garlic can be found in your back garden or large parks across the UK & Ireland. We use it in our Wicklow pancake, it took many many varieties to get to the one we have today with the caramelised onion on top.

What people say

Irish restaurants are known for their warm hospitality and hearty, comforting dishes. Myrtle Restaurant in Langton Street, London, takes this traditional cuisine to a whole new level with their modern European twist. With only 32 seats, the intimate atmosphere of the restaurant is perfect for a romantic dinner or a catch-up with friends.

One of the standout features of Myrtle is their Senior Sous Chef Georgia (G-Bob), who brings her artistic flair and talent to each dish she creates. The presentation of every plate is stunning and adds an extra layer of enjoyment to the dining experience.

The restaurant's decor is also noteworthy, with beautiful paintings adorning the walls that come alive in the afternoon sun. It's clear that every detail has been carefully considered to create a welcoming and inviting space.

Myrtle's menu changes seasonally, but one dish that always impresses is their Lamb and Dingle Pie. Inspired by the pastry originating from County Kerry, this pie captures the essence of springtime perfectly.

It's not just locals who love Myrtle - even Masterchef judges have taken notice! The restaurant manager Daniel has been spotted serving up Carlingford Oysters with infused lemon oil at St Patrick's Day celebrations in Trafalgar Square, while one of Myrtle's own chefs guest judged on Masterchef alongside other culinary greats.

Finally, it's worth noting that Myrtle is now cashless - a small inconvenience for such an exceptional dining experience. Overall, if you're looking for delicious food served in a charming setting by friendly staff, look no further than Myrtle Restaurant.
