Date for our Well-being Walks this year…..
Sweet Fig have collaborated with The Wellbeing Hub and arranged these very popular well-being walks for the lovely people within our community.
Everybody is welcome! The walks are usually just under 5k and take in all that our local area has to offer. This is a great way to get out in the open, give the children some fresh air, meet new people, have a chat and get your steps in too.
Coffee shop open afterwards if you wish to come and grab a delicious freshly baked sweet pastry or muffin along with a regular hot drink at our special offer price. Or there are other hot and cold food and drink options available for you to purchase.
