Your instructor Giusy, an Ashtanga and breath-focused yoga teacher, brings a unique blend of traditional yoga practice and modern breathwork science, with advanced training in Ashtanga, Vinyasa, and nervous system regulation. Her classes combine structured yet accessible sequences integrating asana and pranayama to help you build strength, flexibility, and balance while enhancing mental clarity and emotional awareness, all within a supportive and motivating environment where you can feel safe, challenged, and empowered.

Located on the top floor of the hotel, with dual aspect views whilst looking down on the City of London.
