BEEF FAT DONUT.
The whole point was to use up as much of our beef sirloin.
Aged beef fat goes into the light and crunchy bao-style bun (enriched with grean pea flour).
The sticky ragout that sits on top is made from the trim from the beef, beef tendon and beef tongue.
An umami-rich bite that is the first part of your beef course.

Soave Classico Balestri Valda — from a family estate led by female winemaker Laura Rizzotto, organically grown on limestone-kissed volcanic soils with bees tended in the vineyard to champion biodiversity.

Michelin 2026. 🍾.
Another inclusion in the prestigious guide and we couldn't be more chuffed. When we opened back in September 2020 we were a different restaurant and times felt so different. 5 years on and whilst we have made changes (for the better we feel), it has been a journey.
Milestones like this give us a chance to stop and think about the road travelled so far and where we are continuing to aim. Thanks for all the support and visits and recommendations from all the lovely guests.
Massive congratulations to all those in Dublin athe other night picking up their coveted jackets and awards, and those who got the upgrade to Bibs last week. We do keep a pulse on what's happening, and all well deserved.

Hosted by James Eaton, this evening is all about exceptional wines and the stories that make them unforgettable. You’ll taste your way through six distinctive bottles — from elegant White Burgundy to a New Zealand Pinot, from a standout Brunello to a gloriously rich Tokaji — all paired with a 10-course menu from Chef Remi and the team.
It’s a night for people who love wine, but don’t need the big price tag to tell them what’s good.

Really excited to be back open again for another busy weekend. Hope you all enjoyed your summer breaks; we know we did.

Tooting High Street is located in South London. If you are traveling by public transport, the closest tube station is Tooting Broadway on the Northern Line. From there, you can take bus numbers 44, 77 or 270 and get off at the Tooting High Street stop. Alternatively, you can take a train to Tooting Rail Station and walk for approximately 10 minutes to reach Tooting High Street.
If you prefer to drive and park your own car, there are some parking options available around Tooting High Street. There are a few car parks nearby including Tooting Market Car Park and Springfield Hospital Car Park. Additionally, there is some street parking available with pay-and-display meters. Please be aware that traffic in this area can be busy and congested during peak hours.
