Ingredient Spotlight: Delica Pumpkin 🧡
Sweet, buttery, and nutty, the Delica pumpkin makes the perfect sauce for our fettuccine alla zucca con salvia croccante.
We roast the pumpkin to bring out its natural flavour, before turning it into a silky- smooth puree, tossing it through fresh pasta, and finishing with parmesan, feta and crispy sage.
