Seoul food for 🫰

For ’s watch party event at their store in , Bubble were asked to develop a Korean night market experience that blended street-food classics with modern, Asian flavours to set the mood for the evening’s showcase.

We created:
- 7/11-inspired ‘grab-and-go’ stations, stocked with DIY iced coffee pouches, flavoured milks, and a range of cult savoury snacks 🏪
- A street food kitchen serving Korean corndogs, handmade mandu, and loaded teokbokki bowls 🥟
- Sweet treats including tanghulu and bungeoppang, finished live on our stands 🎏

Alongside cocktails like soju apple and ginger spritz & yuzu-wasabi coolers, plus a range of fizz, beer and wines, we treated guests to exciting flavours - both new and familiar - to build on the anticipation of Samsung’s latest announcements.

Calling all members of the Ton...

Cast your mind back to 2024 when we had the joy of hosting a full Bridgerton affair for the incomparable .

With the latest bachelor’s journey unfolding, now is the perfect time to relive one of our most romantic soirées.

From “Lady Luisa” picantés and burning butter candles for dipping bread, to three indulgent desserts (our birthday girl simply could not choose just one), this was a night of pure Regency decadence. Guests arrived in full Bridgerton finery, danced until the early hours and even the famous pups graced the occasion. What a splendid time was had by all.

Endless thanks to the wonderful team who helped bring this spectacle to life:

Out on the wily, windy moors… 🍃

Reimagining our classic cocktails as dark and brooding Heathcliff; bold and passionate Cathy; and sophisticated Edgar, set over the misty Yorkshire Moors:

1: Very Cherry Sling – Campari, sweet Vermouth, Cherry Heering, soda, garnished with fresh cherries and roasted blood orange. 🍒🍊

2: Rhuby Fizz – Gin, Campari, rhubarb liqueur, English honey, zingy lime, and cool tonic. 🐝🫧

3: Classic Espresso Martini – Vodka, Caffé Lo**ta, a rich shot of espresso, topped with fragrant coffee beans and orange peel. ☕️🍸

What’s your favourite flavour story? Rich and sultry, confident and crisp, or a trusty classic? ❤️‍🔥

The Venue ➡️ The Wedding 🏰✨

We believe one of the most charming pairings in wedding planning is the marriage of place and plate - how a setting shapes the atmosphere, and how the delicate treatment of catering brings it to life.

This Valentine’s Day, we’re shining a light on five stunning wedding venues, each with their own personal flavour, and the menus we created alongside our couples to reflect them:

📍Hampton Court Palace:
Oozing with Tudor grandeur, cobbled courtyards, and vast state rooms. Our couple chose light, fish-focused dishes to mirror the season: cured Duart salmon, vadouvan cod and halibut - all lifted with bright citrus notes and finished with a fruity, fragrant dessert station.

📍Middle Temple Hall:
Candlelit history beneath a magnificent hammer-beam roof and stain glass windows.
Earthy vegetables, British wagyu, lamb loin, and English strawberries with meadowsweet and brown butter cake explored a harmonious story of tastefully-handled British produce.

📍Hedsor House:
A grand country house with layered interiors and surrounded by sweeping parkland.
Playful bites of trout ci**rs, beet baos, truffles alongside rabbit saddle, party pyrotechnics, and a theatrical dessert station contrasted the venue’s formality with modernity and class.

📍Euridge Manor:
Romantic gardens and bold stonework, tucked in a secluded Wiltshire escape.
Our couple selected seafood feasting tables, Asian-inspired sharing plates, and vibrant late-night snacks that echoed the extravagant Eastern ingredients weaved throughout their menu.

📍Two Temple Place:
A richly carved Victorian mansion in the heart of the city.
This wedding called for warming winter flavours and generous sharing dishes with duck and hearty beef rib - decorated with aromatic bursts of black truffle, za’atar, labneh, and pomegranate molasses. A sprawling selection of delicate patisserie added a light touch to a bold evening.

👉 If you’re planning your wedding and would like guidance on elevating your catering experience, we’d love to help you.

To all the lovers - from our couples past, present and future - wishing you a very happy Valentine’s Day from all the team at Bubble Food! 🤍
