Just one week to go!

Saddle up for a fabulous family day in Wimbledon Village!

Join us on Saturday 12 September, 12–4pm for Wimbledon Village Dress Up Day, with face painting, arts and crafts, a treasure trail, a fancy dress horse parade and a chance to explore Wimbledon Village Stables.

Fancy dress is encouraged, with free Wimbledon Village badges for children in costume, plus treats for four-legged friends dressed to impress.

Full itinerary:

12-4pm: Face-painting, colouring and Treasure Trail start point at the Rose & Crown

12-4pm: Drop-in family arts and crafts at Wimbledon Museum

12.15pm: Fancy dress horse parade through the Village

2-3pm: Wimbledon Village Stables Open Day, tour the yard, meet the horses and say hello to the star of the stables, Mr Fudge!

If you are using public transport, the nearest station is Kings Cross/St. Pancras Station. From there, you can take the bus or tube to reach your destination.

Alternatively, if you are driving, take the A201 towards Central London and follow signs for the City of London. Once in the city, turn onto Fleet Street and continue straight until you reach High Street. The hotel should be on your left-hand side.

Parking options in the area may be limited as it's a busy part of central London but there are several paid parking lots nearby which you can use with reasonable fees.
