Fallow is a newly opened restaurant in the heart of St James's Market, London. Their unique concept of 'Sustainable cooking and creative thinking' has earned them multiple accolades and recognitions from renowned culinary institutions. Founders Will Murray and Jack Croft have previously worked at Dinner by Heston and their passion for using local produce and sustainable methods have led to a two week sold-out residency at Carousel Fitzrovia, a two month residency at Crispin E1 Spitafields Market, and an inaugural tasting dinner at The Cadogan in Sloane Street. Currently, Fallow is on their residency at 10 Heddon Street located in Regent Street.
