With origins in China this dish is mainly from Malaysia or Indonesia. The broth is an aromatic mix of coconut , tamarind,lemongrass and spices. Our version has chunks of sweet pumpkin & rice noodles.

We will be there with our pork and prawn dumplings, a new kung fu duck & egg burger and a steaming cauldron full of warming spicy pumpkin laska….. and maybe a new name ??

Marinade chicken thighs-cook over charcoal on sunny evening( with a cold one ) - cool- shred- next morning serve in a bao bun at , Castle Green , Sun 10-4 … boom 💥….no way it will last that long though…
