Valentine’s Day at Sale e Pepe, 13th - 15th February - a four-course celebration of refined Italian flavours and exceptional ingredients.
Begin with wagyu tartare or scallops on champagne foam with Oscietra caviar. Then, an open raviolo of the sea with clams, lobster and raw red prawns.
For the main, choose Aragosta alla Catalana with heritage tomatoes and basil oil, or classic tagliata with Jerusalem artichoke cream and chive oil. To close, Cuore Soffice al Limone - a delicate pink-heart mousse made for the night.
