We’re starting things off rather nicely with a bright and tangy chickpea chaat, alongside crisp carrot and onion bhajis and golden aloo samosas, just enough to wake up the palate and get things moving.

As a youth he even bought a wig and fashioned it into a Jones style bob so he could pose in front of the mirror when his mum and dad were out! Good grief!
