Sandy & Sarab at Syon Park, beautifully captured through the lens of .
Their Punjabi wedding celebration unfolded with refined ease, from stately Syon House to the sunlit courtyard, and into the Conservatory for an elegant, beautifully executed dinner.
The couple opted for a considered plated menu.
Starters featured a trio of salmon tikka, chicken chop and seekh kebab, alongside vegetarian options - all paired with complementary chutneys and delicate microgreens.
For mains, guests chose between a canon of lamb with minty potatoes and Chettinad sauce, pan seared seabass with Keralan moilee sauce and potato mash, or Nawabi beetroot kofta in a rich beetroot, almond and cashew nut sauce with steamed rice.
Dessert brought a touch of playful indulgence - gajar halwa potli samosas, kulfi cart, espresso martini shots and macaron towers - all laid out in the Cactus Room as a final treat.
The flair was entirely theirs. We simply ensured the food rose to meet it.
Thank you for having us be part of such a memorable celebration.

A wedding breakfast tasting at Cinnamon Culture — fifteen dishes, one afternoon and a menu taking shape for a very special occasion at Dulwich College.
From lamb samosas and masala fried fish to kozi varuval, aloo papdi chaat and paneer tikka, the regional starters set the tone. The mains followed — Keralan nadan chicken curry, meen moilee, lamb karahi, lamb kofta, daal makhani — alongside beans poriyal and cabbage thoran. Pineapple sheera and ras malai chosen to close.
This is what we do before the event: sit down, taste everything, listen carefully and get it right.

A walk through a dream 🌿
From a father’s proud steps to a beautiful couple’s first walk as one, Syon Park Great Conservatory lends timeless elegance to every moment.
Witnessing Farhana’s breathtaking approach towards the ceremony set on the lawn, set to 'Can’t Help Falling in Love' echoing across the grounds, was spine-tingling, goosebumps inducing and utterly unforgettable.
Thank you for sharing your celebration with us, and Jay — a day that will stay with us always 🤍
