No. 5 The Napoli

An Italian founder. A Spanish catch. One very good anchovy.🐟

Salty. Punchy. Properly Mediterranean.
And currently, the only pizza on our menu with something from the sea.

It starts in Italy. 🇮🇹
100% Italian tomato, mozzarella, garlic and oregano.

Then Kalamata olives from Greece 🇬🇷 and capers bring the salty side of the Mediterranean.

Into the oven.

Then the anchovies.

Ours come from the Spanish fishing town of Santoña. They’re caught fresh between Santander and Bilbao, exclusively from March to June, when they’re at their best. 🎣

Spanish by sea. Italian by tradition.
Exactly how we like them.

Fresh anchovies over a hot No. 5, straight from the oven.

Italy. Greece. Spain.

Quite a journey for a pizza that doesn’t stay on the plate very long.

What makes our No. 3 OG Margherita different? 🍕

It’s a Margherita, just not as you know it…

First stop: Grazzanise, Caserta.🇮🇹

Our buffalo mozzarella comes from La Contadina, in one of Italy’s traditional homes of mozzarella di bufala.

Richer, creamier, and what makes the No. 3 the No. 3.

Then, to the slopes of Vesuvius.

Piennolo tomatoes have been grown around Mount Vesuvius for centuries. 🌋

Traditionally, they were tied in bunches and hung for winter — al piennolo — concentrating their flavour as they kept. 🍅

On our No. 3, they go straight on top of the mozzarella.

Then we bring it together.

Buffalo mozzarella from Caserta.
Piennolo tomatoes from Vesuvius.
Fresh basil to finish. 🌿

Our No.3 OG Margherita ⭐️

Starting in Naples and ending at your local Franco.

Happy Friday! 🍕
We paired 7 Franco favourites with their perfect glass. First up, the OG: Margherita × Grillo DOC, Sicily.

Italian tomato, mozzarella from Ascoli Piceno and basil meet a crisp Sicilian Grillo. Fresh, zesty, no drama. A classic with a little Sicilian sunshine on the side. 🌞

Next up: Burrata × Pinot Grigio Rosato, Sicily

Creamy Italian burrata, cherry tomatoes and balsamic with a fresh Sicilian rosé. Rich, fresh, pink. We’ve had worse ideas. 🌹

Mezzaluna × Sangiovese IGT, Puglia

Ventricina, slow-cooked pork, ricotta, mozzarella and tomato meet bright, cherry-led Sangiovese. Half pizza, half calzone, fully committed to a red. 🍅

Mediterranean Salad × Orange Trebbiano, Abruzzo

Puglian artichokes, roasted squash and tomato meet a textured Orange Trebbiano. A little wild, a little citrusy, and very good with veg that’s seen some fire. 🔥

Napoli × Pinot Grigio IGT, Sicily

Cantabrian anchovies, Kalamata olives, capers and tomato bring the salt. Pinot Grigio brings the chill. Basically the Mediterranean sharing a table. 🐟

The fan favourite: Chorizo Pizza × Nero d’Avola DOC, Sicily

Iberian pork chorizo, tomato and mozzarella with a dark, juicy Sicilian red. A bit of spice, a bit of fruit, absolutely no one behaving quietly. ⭐️

Dessert, but make it bubbly.
Tiramisu × Extra Dry Prosecco, Veneto

Mascarpone, espresso and cocoa with crisp Veneto bubbles. Coffee wakes you up. Prosecco keeps you out. 🍸
