Hello to our friends, neighbours, and amazing customers,
With heartfelt thanks and a touch of sadness, we want to let you know that after many incredible years of serving our beloved community, we’ve made the difficult decision to close our doors. Our last full day of dining will be Saturday 13th December followed by an intimate farewell gathering on Sunday, 14th December to celebrate the community that has given us so much.
This decision wasn’t made lightly, but as we reach the end of this chapter, we want to express our deepest thanks to each and every one of you. You’ve been the heart and soul of our restaurant, and we’ve been honoured to host you for family dinners, celebrations, first dates, wedding proposals, and countless casual meals with friends, both near and far. It’s been especially meaningful to watch some of you start new families, returning to share those special moments with us. Your loyal support has meant the world to us and made our time here unforgettable.
After 11 wonderful years of doing what we love, we feel it’s time to take a step back, enjoy a well-deserved break, and look forward to new adventures.

The wine of the week and on the wine menu by the glass a light red; Cabaliños da Barouta produced by Ana Lobato y Pablo Dapena in Cuñas, Ribeiro area.

The name: Barouta is one of their four vineyards, which has very abundant water runoff. A lot of water from the mountain falls on that land, and the vines are very accustomed to the water as well. There are also many dragonflies (cabaliños do monte) So, while we’re working, we see them. They are very curious and that’s why the name.

🍇 Sousón, Caiño(s), Brancellao & Garnacha Tintorera
Production: 1900 bottles per year

Regenerative and Biodynamic viticulture. Manual harvest. Old vines around 66 years.

Elaboration: Fermented with skins, indigenous yeast. Aged 4 months in chestnuts barrels.

Despite very expressive and concentrated nose as violets, wild herbs, blackberries and casis. On palate is dynamic and fresh.
