Drizzle, dollop, dip repeat!
You need this jar in the cupboard: WHITE MAUSU peanut rayu. Sweet and spicy, with a real umami edge, this is so versatile we don’t know if we prefer it on eggs or sausages. Or even salads!
This is fast becoming a staple in our kitchen. Strongly recommended for anyone with a busy life, who wants to inject some life into simple dishes with minimal effort.

The man through the drinking glass, our w**e chum Alex, is back again!

Double cream, Hampstead fennel sausages, celery and chilli flakes. Draped over capricciose pasta. 👌
We’ve got a delicious range of sausages, now conveniently moved to the fridge (opposite the counter). 😉

Sausage season spotlight no 1
We can’t get enough of our own bangers right now. They are the perfect food for autumn; easy, comforting and delicious.
We rustled up this tray bake with our The Hampstead sausages, roasted with apples, red onion and carrots. The veg was beautifully caramelised, and the addition of Natural Umber | Organic ACV c***r vinegar and honey, created the perfect sweet and sticky foil for the peppery bangers.
This is the first in a series of sausage posts, where we’ll be showing their versatility, and highlighting the different flavours of our range.

We’ve been thinking about meat (ok, we’re always thinking about meat). And we’ve realised there’s two important calendar events coming up.
One is Thanksgiving, in November, the other is one that begins with a C and happens in December. Yes, roasting season is upon us.
We are now taking orders for both of these events, and, suffice to say, the early bird catches the -er- bird. We’ve got the best poultry and red meat it’s possible to buy, and we’ll even cook a turkey if you ask us. Take the stress out of hosting and let us deliver to you, or book in a collection. Just make sure to get in quickly as our slots disappear quickly!
Pictured is our recommended serving size for a meal at either of these said events. Life is too short to not have a proper feast with the family, so make sure you’re getting the best meat.
