Come for the meat, stay for the chocolate (and cheese)
Italians do it better when it come to chocolate, and as you can see from the nibbled second pic, this salted caramel delight was too good to resist. Swipe for Lord London on toast and Gruyère, with fig and almond cake in the middle.

Wagyu steaks are here!
These sirloins have come all the way from Australia, and are ready for your enjoyment. These guys have the finest possible marbling, and the flavour is to die for: intensely buttery and melt in the mouth delicious. Cook with care and love; Wagyu fat has a lower melting point than standard meat, and you don’t need to add oil.
We’re all extremely excited to try these (as you can see) and looking forward to sharing with the good folk of Hampstead!

We’re now officially entering rosé season.
Look out for this beautiful Touriga Nacional from the Douro valley, Portugal: juicy, strawberry-scented fruit with lively acidity from the high altitude vineyards.
This would be delicious with some tuna- swipe to see.
Or if you want to keep it Provençal we have a brace of stunners from .
We’ll be keeping these on ice throughout the warmer months 😉

Nothing says alfresco dining like paella.
We rustled this one up using the finest free range chicken thighs, tuna, chorizo, calasparra rice, saffron and other spices.
We love the loose informality of paella, and this is our current mood as we head into the warmer months.

Coming to a picnic near you…
Tinned fish has come a long way, there’s so much variety and quality across the board. Regional specialities like filets de maquereaux (mackerel fillets in muscadet wine) need to be tried. The texture of this sustainably sourced, line-caught fish is second to none, and look out for ‘ville bleue’ on label which means they can be aged in the tin.
Pack this lot in your picnic bag, just don’t forget a bottle of something white and delicious like this Provençal beauty from 😉

Introducing .editions 👋
This is a series of chef led small batch editions focusing on seasonality and the best possible UK flavours.
This first tranche focuses on forced rhubarb, a peculiarly English tradition. Here rhubarb is grown in the dark during the winter months, producing a much sweeter and delicious crop, easily identified by its bright neon pink colour. The rhubarb for these creations comes from ‘The Yorkshire Triangle’ (recently granted PDO status). The rhubarb grows so quickly in the sheds here, you can actually hear the stalks squeak as they expand!
Add some colour and zest to your kitchen, with these beauties. We’re particularly excited about the rhubarb shrub which doubles as a cocktail ingredient or makes for a delicious sparkling soft drink.
