During Chelsea Flower Show week, we had the pleasure of catering a beautiful springtime dinner at the V&A.
Guests were welcomed with a selection of new season canapes. For dinner, we served pan fried fillet of halibut with a smoked cheddar croquette, followed by a pudding of strawberries, rhubarb & cream.
From the seasonal menu to the thoughtful details, everything came together beautifully.

We’re excited to announce our reaccreditation at the - a venue where contemporary design is experienced in its most immersive form.
From architecture and fashion to industrial and graphic design, the museum offers a striking and creative backdrop for events of every scale.
We have catered many events during some of the Museum’s most exciting exhibitions including Wes Anderson: The Archives, Barbie: The Exhibition and Ai WeiWei: Making Sense.
We have loved working at the Design Museum across the years and can’t wait to continue.

We had the pleasure of catering the launch of Laika: The Magic Behind a Stop-Motion Dream Factory, the new Rizzoli publication, hosted at the wonderfully whimsical Sir John Soane’s Museum.
Guests enjoyed a seasonal menu featuring fig and shallot tarte tatin with whipped Rosary goat’s cheese, miso glazed fillet of cod, and a show stopping finale inspired by Coraline - a glazed raspberry mousse and passion fruit compote sphere with chocolate genoise, delicate meringue kisses and raspberry sorbet.

We’re delighted to share that our accreditation at continues.
This venue has been a joy to work in - from the warmth of the Chelsea Pensioners to the unforgettable atmosphere of the chapel, ideal for Christmas choirs and wedding ceremonies.
The impressive Great Hall, with its wood panelled walls and striking oil paintings, creates a beautiful atmosphere for large dinners and receptions. For smaller gatherings, the historic State Apartments offer an intimate and distinguished setting, steeped in centuries of royal hospitality.

We’re delighted to share that the Immersive Dining Experience, which we had the pleasure of catering in September 2025, has won Best Marketing Campaign at the World Food Innovation Awards 2026.
Each dish showcased the creativity and skill of the BWoM chefs, but the true showstopper was the Pomodorino D’Oro pudding - a gilded chocolate Mutti tin filled with hidden treats and crowned with a Bloody Mary sorbet ‘tomato’.
It was a fantastic experience bringing the vision of to life, and one we’re incredibly proud to have been part of.

Inspired by the paintings within the Yves Saint Laurent Room at The National Gallery, we designed a lavish cheese and pudding bar that felt like a still-life brought to life.
Cascading grapes, pomegranates and ripe figs added richness, texture and drama, echoing the elegance of the gallery dedicated to Rubens-one of the most celebrated Flemish painters of Western art.

Earlier this month, we returned to the Party Palace!
The menu opened with soy & ginger marinated yellowfin tuna, followed by roasted breast and confit leg of Norfolk black chicken.
Guests then made their way down to the undercroft where they enjoyed a taster pudding bar complemented by seasonal sweet canapes and an array of delicious cocktails.
