OAT CUPS - SPICED 💥
Makes 5
🥄 Mix together:
1/2 cup oats
1 tbsp coconut oil, melted
2 tbsp peanut butter or almond butter
3 tbsp chai spice
Add the chai spice mix and peanut butter to the hot coconut oil so it melts.
If you don’t have our chai spice mix, use 2 tbsp honey and possibly 1/2 tsp of cinnamon instead
🥄 Chocolate Topping:
Melt and mix together:
40g dark chocolate
1/2 tsp coconut oil
Place the oat mixture into your cupcake tin or cupcake moulds, pour over the chocolate, spread out and flatten, then top with raspberries. That’s all 🖐️👌😉

Chai wasn't always chai. 🫖
Before tea, India drank kadha. Then the British brought factory tea breaks and handed out free cups. After that, chaiwalas added milk, sugar and their own spice blends, and bitter British tea became something that was ours.
Today India drinks 1.2 billion kg of tea a year, from a drink that barely existed in 1900.

Alternatively, take a bus to Oxford Circus or Regent Street and walk towards the Liberty department store until you reach Great Marlborough Street. Turn left, and Kingly Court will be on your right.
By car:
Parking is available at Q-Park, which is located nearby on Brewer street. From there, walk down Lexington street and turn right into Kingly Street. Kingly Court will be ahead of you. Please note that driving in central London can be challenging due to traffic restrictions.
