🤠 We are now an ALL MEAT taquería. 🤠
For a while now our veggie options have made up a very small percentage of our sales but make a big impact in the way we prep, serve and function for the rest of our prominently Beef menu. So we have made the, arguably bold, decision to become ALL MEAT. This will allow us to serve more specials and keep the menu exciting for all of you who visit us regularly (and for ourselves).
Thank you to all our veggie customers who have been loyal to us throughout the years. There are many other brilliant Mexican restaurants in London that serve delicious V and Ve options and I’m sure you won’t be short of options! We personally recommend ‘s flautas and quesadillas!

NEW SPECIAL: CHICHARRÓN DE RES 🥩🌅
Inspired by our favourite breakfast taquería in Hermosillo that serves this rich, fatty beef chicharrón cooked in a red Chile Colorado and tomato sauce.
This is literally not for the faint of heart. It’s crispy, chewy and delicious in a quesadilla or as a topping for any of our tacos.
We have been rendering our own beef dripping for the tortillas so we are left with these crispy bits that traditionally are always eaten in some form. Nothing goes to waste.
Chicharrón will be available on a semi regular basis until stocks last. Come by this week and ask for a bit of it on your favourite taco or a quesadilla!

We got the baby jesus in the rosca de reyes so we HAVE TO serve tamales, I don’t make the rules.

with refried beans and my homemade Queso Fresco 🧀

Tortillas de Harina 🤲
The machines we use to make our tortillas have been the bane of our existence for the last 4 years. They break, they are dangerous and temperamental lol but they allow us to produce thousands of tortillas a week and get closer to serving the most authentic sonoran food possible.
We are currently making our Sonoran flour tortillas with Beef Fat, as they are meant to be. The texture and flavour is totally different (in my eyes at least 😌).
As for our veg options, we are serving our Nopales on corn tortillas now. They taste better imo. ☺️

Here we are, 4 months in. Learning every day, working hard to sell more food than we’ve ever done before. Thanks to everyone that’s come so far.
Our opening hours will probably not change for the rest of the year while we build our team and work on our systems. But we’re here every THU-SUN 12-4PM 🙌 Come down, get your taco fix 🥵

🔥 POP UP ALERT!!! 🔥
As we shared earlier this week, we are super excited to announce that we will be popping up at this 25th of March. It’ll be a full day of delicious food and beer and (if we all collectively start praying now) some nice weather ¿!? 🥹
We’re so excited to get back to work and to be serving our food!!!!! It’s been too long 🫢 We’ll take this chance to test out some new recipes and give you all a lil taste of what’s to come at the taquería 🤩🤩🤩

WE DID IT! We all did it!!!
We’re speechless. We had honestly given up at some point. Midway, it felt like this was not happening and we had to come up with a plan b.
We are so lucky and privileged to have extremely generous people in our lives that made us reach this crazy goal. More than anything, we are forever grateful to every single one of you that believes in this project enough and pledged to make it happen. This is insane.
The real work is just about to start. We won’t forget this wild act of generosity from everyone and we will try our hardest to bring you the BEST taquería in the city.

Private Catering has been one of the most frequent requests we have received ever. 😮💨Whether it was a small party’s worth of food or catering a business event or a full blown wedding party. It’s always been tempting but we’ve never felt we could do it because our focus and capacity was always the weekend market.
It’s certainly something we would like to incorporate into our business with the capabilities of the new location so we thought it would be a perfect reward for our kickstarter tiers, considering that we get a catering request a few times a month. So if you’re organising an event for next year and were thinking of us, now’s your chance! 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼
We’re also aware that this is the highest tier so we thought we would break it down a bit more to answer all those questions we’ve been getting about it.
This reward includes:
- A menu designed for the needs of the event that can include mains, sweets, snacks, drinks, booze etc according to your taste
- Full service from us for the duration of the event. This can be as a private taco stand or a sit down, multiple course situation and anything in between.
- A sample tasting prior
- Your £6k’s worth of food and drink. ie if your event is small you get f&b equivalent to that price per person. Fancier dishes, fancier drinks. 😉
