Sundays at The Palomar are for sharing.

Warm kubaneh, house pickles and a choice of two dips to start then choose marinated spatchcocked chicken with shifka salsa verde or grilled sweetheart cabbage with amba and tandoori onion, or upgrade to braised ras el hanout lamb shoulder for an extra £10pp. Served with grilled broccoli and crispy Cornish mids with za’atar and sesame aioli.

We are very excited to welcome the super talented Andrianos Poulis to cook with The Palomar team next month!

Originally from Athens, Andrianos has worked in acclaimed London kitchens including Rovi and Cornerstone, and now as senior sous at Michelin-starred Mountain. Growing up surrounded by exceptional produce from across the Aegean, his cooking is deeply rooted in Greek and Cypriot tradition.

Expect à la carte specials with plenty of Hellenic touches on the night, alongside our regular menu. Highlights include:

* Pan-fried herb pie with a mixture of herbs & talatouri
* Vine leaves stuffed with pork, rice and dried mint, cooked in a tomato sauce
* Grilled red mullet with elderberries and pickled onions

Our Sunday Lunch is a brand-new set menu (£30pp or £40pp) designed for two, available exclusively on Sundays.

The menu begins with a mezze brought to the table to share. Expect warm kubaneh, served alongside a choice of two dips such as carrot tahini with harissa and labneh, plus grilled house-fermented pickles.

For the main course, choose either spatchcock chicken with shifka salsa verde (£30 per person) or 24-hour marinated lamb shoulder (£40 per person), both served with crispy potatoes and salad.
