On Friday, we waved goodbye to our FOH manager Laura. She's been with us for years, are as much as we are cheering her on, we are really sad to see her go. We know that many of our regulars will be gutted too. She's been such a reliable, encouraging & all round legend in our team, and we've been so greatly impacted by her hard work over the years. Not only has she become such a good friend to the Well Kneaded fam, but she's helped us grow, has gotten stuck in & generally made Well Kneaded a better place. THANKS SO MUCH LAURA. We love you and can't wait to have you back at the pizzeria on the other side of the FOH desk soon xx

- Is a confident driver who’s willing to drive a van with tow & a vintage van.
- Has a positive, can-do attitude.
- Is steady under pressure with an eye for organisation and care for looking after equipment.

ITS A MASSIVE DAY AT WELL KNEADED!!!
Not only are we launching 5 brand new pizzas on the menu, but today is graduation day for our cohort 4 Nourish trainees! They've just completed Phase One of the programme - 10 weeks of hands on, holistic hospitality training and will now move into the mentoring & employment support phase of Nourish.
If you're a WK regular, you'll know that our menu prides itself on showcasing a selection of carefully curated & really well done pizzas. We mix it up every couple of months to follow the seasons & to keep the menu exciting & fresh. We respond to what our suppliers have growing & we source from quality producers. It's not the easiest/cheapest way to run a pizzeria, but it's the only way we'd want to do it.
It's a special/out of the ordinary menu as we've got 5 new pizzas launching alongside our house faves (it's usually just 3). When you come and try the new menu, please know that you are contributing to getting young folk facing barrier to employment into work. As ever, thanks for eating with us. Its makes all the difference!

We are really proud to share that Bridget, the founder of Well Kneaded, has been selected as a finalist for the Women's Enterprise Awards for Best Community Champion. There are soooo many people (including all of the team kneaded lot) who have been championed in some way by Bridget, and we can't think of a better candidate for this award. The results will be announced tomorrow night. Crossing all our fingers and toes!!
Well Kneaded & .wk wouldnt be here without her, and regardless of the result tomorrow, the team here are so fortunate to work alongside such an inspiring, encouraging & community changing colleague and friend. GO BRIDGE!!!

Through years of mentoring young people with barriers to employment, training and opening doors for young people who needed a chance, they’ve turned a pizza business into real community impact!
After everything that they have poured into others, the Community Spirit Award couldn’t have gone to more deserving people.

We missed it by a few days, but couldn't let IWD pass without a shout out to our INCREDIBLE team of superhero women. If you didn't know, Well Kneaded is female founded (Bridget and Bryony) and Bridget is still leads this team and spins about a billion plates within the events, pizzeria & charity that is Well Kneaded.
We are really proud of our team, and wouldn't be here without the many female hands that contribute to keeping the cogs turning and helping Well Kneaded grow and thrive.
