A busy week behind the scenes at Prince Arthur Chelsea 🔨

The ground-floor restaurant is beginning to take shape — bespoke shelving is being built, custom furniture is coming together and plenty is happening behind the scenes.

A very important piece of Prince Arthur is making the move with us… our bespoke grill, handmade in Spain, is leaving Belgravia and heading to its new home in Chelsea. 🔥

Little by little, it’s all coming together. Prince Arthur Chelsea — opening at the end of this month.

A first look at Prince Arthur Chelsea.

The interior renders offer an early glimpse of our new home at 96 Draycott Avenue, where the next chapter of Prince Arthur is beginning to take shape.

An ambitious new restaurant will occupy the ground floor, with Chelsea Music Bar bringing a late-night music and cocktail experience upstairs.

Following the success of Prince Arthur in Belgravia, we are pleased to announce the next chapter with a move to our new home at 96 Draycott Avenue, London, SW3 3AD — Opening September 2026.

Opening as Prince Arthur Chelsea, this move marks a significant evolution for us, providing the enhanced kitchen facilities, space and operational resources required to elevate our food offering and realise our broader creative ambitions.

At the Belgravia premises, issues relating to the way the extraction system had been installed meant the kitchen was no longer able to continue cooking over live charcoal in the way the concept required. Our new Chelsea kitchen will allow us to overcome these limitations, with a bespoke, high-capacity charcoal grill placing live-fire cooking firmly at the heart of the restaurant.

Our menu will continue to champion exceptional produce and fresh ingredients, alongside a fresh seafood counter, in-house dry-aged meat and fish, and some of our most recognisable Prince Arthur dishes.

We’re delighted to welcome back Head Chef Adam Iglesias to lead the kitchen into this next chapter, building on Prince Arthur’s recognition in the Michelin Guide for two consecutive years.

Upstairs, guests will discover Chelsea Music Bar, our new late-night bar and lounge inspired by Tokyo’s late-night listening bars. Bringing together high-end cocktails, vinyl, curated live performances and entertainment, the bar will operate under a late-night licence until 1:30am.

Our move to Chelsea places us within one of London’s most vibrant culinary and cultural neighbourhoods and gives us a new home where we can realise the full potential of Prince Arthur.

Thank you to everyone who has supported Prince Arthur throughout our time in Belgravia. We’re incredibly grateful to our guests, neighbours, friends and wider community who have been part of the journey so far, and we look forward to welcoming you back very soon at Prince Arthur Chelsea ❤️

A little fire, a lot of flavour 🐙

Our new dish — Galician Octopus, Mojo Rojo pairs beautifully tender octopus with the depth and character only fire can bring. Beneath it, mojo rojo adds warmth, acidity and spice from a base of peppers, garlic, olive oil and spices, whilst parsley oil and salt finish the dish with just the right amount of brightness.
