Zakros is about the most south easterly point in Europe and home to an ancient Minoan palace ruins.

Well out of the way but definitely worth the visit.

We're now taking bookings for pizza making classes!

This class will take you through the sourdough pizza making process. We will start with an introduction to what sourdough is and how we use it to make pizza. This will include maintaining the starter culture, mixing and proving the dough and the importance of good, well sourced ingredients. We will then move on to the opening, topping and cooking before eating your creations washed down with beer and/or wine.

You will take home four dough balls, a bit of starter and the skills and knowledge to host your very own pizza parties.
