What a beauty we have coming up for you over the weekend. Chef Amine has cooked up this beautiful beef short rib with a mustard mash, roasted carrots, crispy onions and all smothered in a rich Guinness and star anise gravy.

We are flying through the Sunday roasts here at Brewers today! But don’t worry we will keep them coming all evening, so fill up before the last game of the day (Villa v Spurs 8pm) sit back and enjoy a few more drinks and a few more laughs .

And 5 tips to make sure you’re ready for it all kicking off on June 11th. ⚽️
1. Make friends with the bar team
There are a lot of matches ahead. You’ll be seeing plenty of each other.
2. Get the app downloaded
No one wants to be three-deep at the bar when something happens.
3. Do a practice run
Bar > Table > Bar. No detours.
4. Choose your team wisely
And by that, we mean who you’re bringing with you.
(Strategically selecting shorter friends is entirely up to you.)

A bit of good news , tomorrow we launch our new menu ! But untill then here’s our classics Caesar salad (which will still be with us after the change) . Beautifully soft chicken breast , kos lettuce, anchovies , soft boiled egg and croutons and a decadent Caesar dressing . Pair it with one of our new spritz and suddenly Mondays not looking so blue 😉.
