This one begins in the soil with beetroot pulled from the earth, its ruby heart still holding the memory of rain. It travels through crisp mixed leaves, tumbles past ripe avocado sliced clean as morning light, and picks up a handful of toasted walnuts along the way, each one adding its quiet, earthy crunch.
